The Pilates method, developed 70 years ago, in America, by Joseph H. Pilates. It consists of approximately 500 precision exercises, involving not only the body but also perception, executed on specific exercise instruments, only by highly trained trainers. The exercises are based on many variations, with a few iterations, which cause the muscles to be toned so that the muscles are stimulated, without swelling, while their elasticity and strength is grown, and the body gains a newfound balance and harmony.
